Forms and newsletter

The website has no contact form and no newsletter sign-up. The email addresses shown open your own email software: no message is stored by the website.

Audience measurement

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain general visitor statistics (number of visits, pages viewed). This service is not used for advertising. According to Cloudflare, it sets no cookies and does not track visitors across websites.

Cookies

The website sets no advertising or profiling cookies. No marketing tracking tool is installed (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads or similar). This is why no consent banner is shown.

External services

Videos are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing from YouTube is loaded until you click the play button. When a video starts, the YouTube player appears in the page and Google may then process connection data under its own privacy policy.

Streaming links (Smartlinks) and social media are not loaded in the pages. They only open when you click a link. You then leave the website and the privacy policy of the service concerned applies.

Fonts, images, the opening videos and the audio excerpt are hosted on the website itself.

Technical providers

Hosting: o2switch, Clermont-Ferrand, France. Technical services and statistics: Cloudflare. Like any host, these providers may process technical connection data (IP address, browser type) to keep the website running and secure.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing to my.precious@orange.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Changes

If a new feature changes data collection (form, newsletter, new embedded service, new analytics tool), this policy and consent management will be updated.
